We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MoneyNote for personal financial tracking purposes. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
You are solely responsible for the data you enter into MoneyNote. While we offer Cloud Sync features, we recommend maintaining regular backups of your important financial information. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure or account mismanagement.
You agree not to use MoneyNote for any illegal purposes or to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the application's performance.
MoneyNote is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
In no event shall Kynetics BSD be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use MoneyNote.
